Made from estate-grown rice and handcrafted nuruk (Yongyeongok and wheat nuruk), this yakju is brewed in three stages and matured for 180 days. It offers aromas of ripe peach, plum and grape with delicate honeyed florals, leading to a dry yet supple palate with gentle fruit vibrancy and a clean, lingering finish.

Baekkyung is a young rice winery built on old foundations. In 2023, Jeong Chang-yun founded the distillery in Sejong, building on a craft that has accompanied his family for generations. Three yakju expressions are made here today, White, Gold and Black, showing how much character can lie in rice, water and nuruk alone.
