Produced from estate-grown rice and handcrafted wheat nuruk, this yakju is brewed in three stages and matured for 180 days. Bright white florals, lemon peel and green apple shape the bouquet, unfolding into a dry, crisp palate with subtle sweetness, gentle bitterness and a refreshing, mineral-tinged finish.

Baekkyung is a young rice winery built on old foundations. In 2023, Jeong Chang-yun founded the distillery in Sejong, building on a craft that has accompanied his family for generations. Three yakju expressions are made here today, White, Gold and Black, showing how much character can lie in rice, water and nuruk alone.
